Tender Beer “Drunk” Roast with Carrots and Potatoes

Yes, you read that right. I said beer roast. Yummy! So tender and juicy it falls apart on it’s own.


What you will need:

  • Crock Pot (Duh)
  • 3-4 Lb Roast (I prefer beef and shoulder over rump, but that’s up to you)
  • 8 oz of beer (Abita Purple Haze is AMAZING but you can use plain ol Bud Light & it still taste awesome)
  • 1 bag of Baby Carrots
  • 8 Red Potatoes
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 can Cream of Celery
  • 1 can Cream of Onion
  • Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning

Pepper Jack Baked Stuffed Shells – A Freezer Meal Option

I thought I’d try to make something new last night. I’ve been wanting to make stuffed shells for awhile now. I found a basic recipe online and added a bit of my own flare to it.


I LOVE Pepper Jack Cheese so adding it to the recipe was a no brainer for me. My first time making it was last night, and i must say, it was pretty damn good, BUT I think I should have added more cheese for sure.
