Yes, you read that right. I said beer roast. Yummy! So tender and juicy it falls apart on it’s own.
What you will need:
- Crock Pot (Duh)
- 3-4 Lb Roast (I prefer beef and shoulder over rump, but that’s up to you)
- 8 oz of beer (Abita Purple Haze is AMAZING but you can use plain ol Bud Light & it still taste awesome)
- 1 bag of Baby Carrots
- 8 Red Potatoes
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom
- 1 can Cream of Celery
- 1 can Cream of Onion
- Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
